This policy describes how Marketing Supply Co, LLC, doing business as MLO Pass, handles personal information on the marketing site at https://www.mlopass.com and in the app at https://app.mlopass.com.
Information you give us
When you create an account, we collect the account details you submit, such as an email address and the login you choose. If you contact us, we collect what you send in that message.
When you study, we store practice progress you generate: questions you answer, scores, readiness information, and similar study activity tied to your account.
If you use the AI Trainer, we store the messages you send and the replies, so the chat can work and so you can see it again in your account.
Information collected while you use the product
The site and the app may record ordinary technical data needed to run and protect them. That can include a device or browser type, an IP address, the page or screen requested, and the time of the request.
We checked the public homepage HTML on October 2, 2026. It loads the site's own Webflow scripts and the PostHog analytics snippet. PostHog records page views and how the marketing site is used. There is no advertising pixel and no cookie-consent tool. The app may use essential cookies to keep you signed in.
Payments
Paid access is a one-time $99 purchase, not a subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. You give your card details to Stripe. MLO Pass does not store your full card number.
Stripe may share limited payment details with us so we can tell that a payment went through, such as a payment status and related billing metadata. Those details are not your full card number. Stripe's own privacy policy describes how Stripe handles payment data.
Why we use information
- To create and run your account, including keeping you signed in.
- To show your practice progress, scores, and AI Trainer chats.
- To process the one-time purchase and keep a record that you paid.
- To secure the service, debug problems, and prevent abuse.
- To respond when you contact us.
We use study activity to operate the product for you. We do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information with companies that process it for us, and only as needed for the work they do:
- Stripe, to take the one-time payment.
- The companies that host the marketing site and the app, and that provide the AI Trainer reply, so those features can run.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the service, our users, or someone else's rights. We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Footer links to RateUpdate, Conditionly, and LightSend go to separate sites. Following a link leaves MLO Pass. This policy does not cover those sites.
How long we keep it
We keep account information, practice progress, and AI Trainer chats while your account is open, so the product can work and so paid access can continue for as long as we operate MLO Pass.
If you ask us to close your account, we delete or de-identify that information within a reasonable time. We may keep a limited record longer when we need it for security, fraud prevention, a payment question, or a legal duty. We do not publish a fixed number of days, because no shorter schedule is stated for this product.
Children
MLO Pass is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, email info@mlopass.com and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can stop using the service at any time. You can email info@mlopass.com to ask us to close your account. You can also decline optional cookies in your browser. Essential cookies that keep you signed in are part of how the app works; blocking them may sign you out.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. The date at the top is the version that applies.
