Please read these terms before you create an account or pay. If you use MLO Pass, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the app.
Who operates the service
MLO Pass is a DBA of Marketing Supply Co, LLC. In these terms, "MLO Pass," "we," and "us" mean Marketing Supply Co, LLC. The marketing site is https://www.mlopass.com. The app and sign-up are at https://app.mlopass.com.
MLO Pass is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a part of NMLS, CSBS, AARMR, or any state regulator. Names of exams, laws, and agencies are used only to describe what the practice material covers.
What the service is
MLO Pass is an educational practice tool for the SAFE MLO exam. It includes practice questions (about 1,154, as described on the marketing site), mock exams, study games, progress and readiness views, and an AI Trainer you can ask about exam topics.
It is practice material. It is not legal advice, financial advice, or licensing advice. It is not an official exam, and it is not a substitute for the NMLS, a course a state requires, or your own review of current law.
Accounts
You need an account to use the app. Give us information that is accurate, and keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account. Email us at info@mlopass.com if you think someone else is using your account.
You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. MLO Pass is not meant for children under 13.
The one-time $99 purchase
You can start on a free plan, as described on the marketing site. The paid plan is a single $99 fee. It is not a subscription. It is not billed monthly or annually, and nothing renews.
You pay once and keep access for life. That means access to the paid features described on www.mlopass.com for as long as we operate MLO Pass. The marketing site describes those features as the full mock exam, all five content areas, the study games, and AI Trainer coaching.
Payments are processed by Stripe. MLO Pass does not store your full card number. See the Privacy Policy for how payment data is handled.
Refunds
All purchases are final. MLO Pass does not give refunds, for any reason and under any circumstances. That includes unused access, a failed exam, a change of mind, a duplicate purchase, and the service ending. If we stop operating MLO Pass, paid access ends when the service ends, and that does not create a refund.
AI disclaimer
MLO Pass uses artificial intelligence to aggregate data and information for study material, practice questions, explanations, and the AI Trainer. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. It is not legal, financial, or licensing advice, and it is not a statement from NMLS or any regulator. You are responsible for checking official sources before you rely on it.
Acceptable use
Use MLO Pass for your own exam prep. You agree not to:
- Share your account or let someone else use a purchase that is meant for you.
- Copy, scrape, republish, or sell the questions, explanations, games, or other content.
- Collect or share real exam items, or use MLO Pass to cheat on the SAFE MLO test or any other exam.
- Probe, overload, or try to break the site or the app, or get around access limits.
- Use the AI Trainer for a live loan file, or treat a chat reply as advice you can rely on for a customer, a license application, or a legal question.
- Submit content you do not have the right to share, or use the service in a way that breaks the law.
No exam-pass or licensure guarantee
Practice scores, readiness views, and AI Trainer replies are study aids. They are not a prediction that you will pass, and they are not a promise that any agency will license you. Passing the SAFE MLO exam and getting a license depend on you, on the test, and on rules we do not control. We do not guarantee a pass, a score, or a license.
Intellectual property
The questions, explanations, games, text, design, and software in MLO Pass are owned by Marketing Supply Co, LLC or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use them inside the product while your account is in good standing. That license ends if your access ends.
You may not copy the question bank, frame the product, or use our name or branding in a way that suggests NMLS, a regulator, or we have endorsed you.
What you submit
You may submit practice answers and messages to the AI Trainer. You keep whatever rights you already have in that material. You give us permission to host it, store it, and show it back to you so the product can work, including generating a reply to your chat and saving your progress.
We do not claim to own your chats or your answer history. Do not send secrets you would not want stored with your account. AI replies can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything that matters against a current official source.
When access can end
You may stop using MLO Pass at any time. We may suspend or close an account if you break these terms, if we need to for security or legal reasons, or if we discontinue the service. Closing access does not create a right to a refund. Purchases stay final.
Disclaimers
MLO Pass is provided "as is." We work to keep it available and useful, but we do not warrant that it will be error-free, always online, or a complete statement of any law or exam outline. Exam outlines and laws change. Content may lag those changes.
To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Marketing Supply Co, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for a failed exam, a denied or delayed license, or lost income, even if we were told that kind of loss was possible.
Our total liability for a claim related to MLO Pass is limited to the amount you paid us for the service. Some places do not allow certain limits. In those places, the limit applies only as far as the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Marketing Supply Co, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. That state is not named here because it is not stated on the marketing site. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts of that state, unless a law you cannot waive says otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date. If you keep using MLO Pass after that date, the updated terms apply. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
